Our Story
Hi, my name is Jess, and I’m the founder of Sym-Plex.
Sym-Plex was born from my own personal health journey and the need for a gentler, more natural approach to digestive support.
The Beginning
After the birth of my daughter in 2017, my health declined rapidly. I found myself in and out of A&E, suffering from severe chronic constipation that left me in constant agony.
Despite endless appointments, lifestyle changes, and medications, nothing worked. In 2019, I was misdiagnosed and underwent a hysterectomy — only to later discover it hadn’t addressed the real issue.
Eventually, I was correctly diagnosed with major slow transit and sphincter damage causing fibrosis. Doctors repeatedly suggested senna-based products, but instead of relief, they caused pain, cramping, and disappointment.
That’s when everything changed. I discovered a product that worked naturally with my body — not against it. No harsh stimulants. No irritation. Just gentle, effective support.
